As a Commercial Lawyer, you will join Inzpire’s Commercial Function and report to the Head of Legal. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business, advising on a broad range of commercial, contractual and compliance matters. You will provide clear, pragmatic legal advice that supports strategic objectives, enables growth and protects Inzpire’s interests.
You will play a key role in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, supporting business-winning activity and helping to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

This is a broad and varied in-house role within a small Legal team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercially focussed solutions rather than operating solely as a legal advisor. The successful candidate will combine technical legal expertise with commercial acumen, business awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
The role is based in Lincoln, with hybrid working available. Regular travel to the Lincoln office and occasional travel to other UK sites may be required.
We are looking for a commercially minded and pragmatic solicitor qualified in England and Wales, we envisage the right person to have between 2 and 5 years’ PQE. You will have sound commercial judgement, strong communication skills and the confidence to advise stakeholders at different levels of the business. You will also bring a collaborative and proactive approach, building effective relationships across teams and contributing positively to wider business objectives.
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
