Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, editing, and maintaining of Material Masters (MM),
• Creating, editing, and maintaining of Bill of Materials (BOM),
• Ensuring documentation compliance with current standards and internal procedures,
• Collaborating with the engineering department,
• Supporting engineering teams in the approval of technical documentation,
• Managing documentation lifecycle within PLM systems,
• Preparing and updating technical instructions, procedures, and training materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics, production engineering, or related),
• Experience working with technical documentation in a production or engineering environment,
• Knowledge of technical drawing and standards,
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage,
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments,
• High attention to detail and ability to work according to procedures and quality requirements,
• Good command of English (spoken and written),
• Proactive approach to improving documentation processes and developing technical standards.
