Inward Investment Manager | 10852 | Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2028 | 37 hours per week | £43,822 to £48,227 per annum (Scale K) | County Hall / Hybrid working

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Inward Investment Manager to play a key role in attracting new investment, supporting business growth and creating high-quality jobs across the region.

About the Role

Working as part of the Invest Norfolk & Suffolk team, you will deliver projects, build strong partnerships and promote the area as a competitive and attractive place to invest.

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in delivering economic growth -creating jobs, supporting businesses, and raising the region’s profile.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and respond to inward investment enquiries, developing compelling propositions
  • Identify and generate new investment opportunities through campaigns, events and engagement
  • Build and manage relationships with businesses, partners and government stakeholders
  • Support delivery of investment projects and growth initiatives across priority sectors
  • Work collaboratively across the public and private sector to maximise impact


About you

You will be:

  • A confident and organised project manager
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing partners
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
  • Experienced in working with businesses or economic development activity

Knowledge of inward investment, government programmes or the regional economy is desirable.
