Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams for timely vehicle pick-up and inward scheduling.
  • Maintain records of vehicle arrival time, unloading start time, and total unloading duration.
  • Monitor and manage unloading activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
  • Verify incoming materials against documents, including product name, quantity, packaging type, and weight.
  • Inspect materials for damages, shortages and report discrepancies promptly. Ensure proper sampling of materials as per defined procedures or management instructions.
  • Maintain photographic records of incoming materials (including required compliance markings where applicable).
  • Plan and allocate storage space for incoming goods and update records accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for approval and proper racking of materials. Ensure proper receiving, storage, and handling of stock across the warehouses. Maintain accurate system entries and documentation related to inward stock and transfers.
  • Support inventory control through stock checks and audits.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to organizational goals.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the organization from time to time
