Location: Moss Point, MS (Onsite)

Contract: 12 Months

· NumeracySkills:Strongabilityinhandlingnumbersandcalculations.

· OrganizationalSkills:Efficientinmanagingmultipleinvoicesanddocuments,keepingaccurate records.

· ComputerLiteracy:Proficiencyinaccountingsoftware(e.g.Maximo,Oracle),MSOffice(especiallyExcel),and theabilityto adapt tonewsoftware.

· CommunicationSkills:Effectiveverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsforcoordinatingwith vendors andinternal departments.

· Problem-SolvingSkills:Abilitytoidentifydiscrepanciesandresolveissuesrelatedtoinvoiceprocessing.

· TimeManagement:CapacitytomeettightdeadlinesandmanageworkloadeffectivelyResponsibilities:

· InvoiceVerification:Ensuringinvoicesmatchpurchaseordersandservicereceipts.

· Reconciliation:Identifyingdiscrepanciesbetweeninvoicesandrecordsandresolvingthem.DataEntry:Accuratelyenteringinvoicedataintothecompany'saccountingsystem.

· PaymentProcessing:Preparingandprocessingpaymentsinatimelymanner,adheringtocompanypolicies.

· RecordKeeping:Maintainingaccurateandorganizedrecordsofallinvoices,payments,andreconciliations.

· Compliance:Ensuringallinvoicingactivitiescomplywithfinancialpoliciesandstatutoryregulations.
