We're looking for an Invoicing Representative to join our Finance team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and logistics while working in a dynamic, international environment.
✔ 3 years of experience in invoicing, accounting, logistics, or administrative support.
✔ Advanced English (written and spoken).
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✔ A positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
✅ Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
✅ Validate supplier invoices and maintain shipment information.
✅ Review shipping and financial documents, including Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery, customs documentation, and supporting records.
✅ Organize and upload documentation into internal systems.
✅ Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain the information needed to complete the invoicing process.
✅ Maintain complete and accurate shipment records.

✨ Collaborate with international teams and gain exposure to worldwide operations.
✨ Develop your skills in invoicing, documentation, and transportation processes.
