On the back of the extraordinary growth we have enjoyed in the past years, we aim to strengthen ourShared ServicesCenterteam andfurther develop theInvoicingfunctionThisInvoicing Assistantwillbe a key member of the team andplay a critical role to achieve thisobjective

Responsibilities will include, among others

  • Invoicing of new contracts (40%)

  • Issuinginvoices and ensuring that all are executed correctly and sent to the client

  • Contractverificationadjustmentsand submission into the internal software

  • Invoice confirmation and registrations of changes to theinitialcontract terms when applicable

  • Manage direct debit for customers

  • Invoicing of assistances

  • Identifyand classify the payment of billable assistances

  • Createand send purchasenotes

  • Customer cancellation procedures, including issuance of credit notes to former clients.

  • Other administrative tasks

This position will report directly to the InvoicingManager,based in Lisbon

  • Strong interestinInvoicing/Administrative function

  • Experienced professional withapprox.2-5yrs track-record withinInvoicing or Admin workin an international environment

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
