OPIS STANOWISKA:
- Udział w szkoleniu (nauka poprzez pracę z doświadczonymi pracownikami, nauka procedur)
- Pomoc w czynnościach księgowych w dziale Accounts Receivable (wystawianie faktur, archiwizacja dokumentów, wysyłki kurierskie, kontakty z zespołami w innych krajach, analiza zapytań klienta, raportowanie, realizacja innych zadań w systemie pod nadzorem doświadczonego pracownika)
- Praca w programach: SAP, MS Outlook, MS Excel.
- Praca w biurze w siedzibie firmy (Dąbrowa Górnicza).
WYMAGANIA:
- Znajomość j. angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym.
- Umiejętność obsługi komputera (MS Office, MS Outlook)
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole, gotowość do nauki, chęć pracy w międzynarodowym. środowisku.
- Dyspozycyjność minimum 80h w miesiącu, zachowanie statusu studenta w perspektywie co najmniej 12 miesięcy.
MILE WIDZIANE:
- Doświadczenie w pracy biurowej.
- Zaawansowana znajomość MS Excel.
- Znajomość zagadnień z zakresu rachunkowości i finansów.
- Znajomość drugiego języka obcego, np. niemiecki, francuski, hiszpański, niderlandzki, włoski.
