Job Description

Finance is more than just numbers and balance sheets. It is a key partner to all other business areas, supporting them in planning, managing, and optimizing business processes. The department's main focus is on analyzing, evaluating, and presenting financial performance. A passion for finance and teamwork is at the forefront, offering excellent development opportunities.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Monitor and review daily new customer claims through customer portals and internal systems.
  • Identify and classify the nature of deductions (e.g., quality issues, logistic errors, warranty concerns, pricing discrepancies).
  • Perform in-depth investigations using internal systems such as SAP QM11 to verify the status and validity of claims.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Quality, Logistics, Sales, and Warranty to resolve unclear or complex deduction issues.
  • Coordinate with the Controlling/Finance team to support the creation and posting of credit notes for validated claims.
  • Ensure claims are accurately cleared in the customer account and properly documented for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient resolution of disputes.
  • Continuously track and follow up on open cases to ensure timely closure and compliance with company standards and customer agreements.

This is what you bring to us:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Deductions/Claims management, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP (especially QM11) and customer portals is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
