About the Role - FTC until June 2027

ADF Health Services Contract provides integrated and seamless end-to-end health support to 85,000 Australia Defence Force (ADF) personnel across 59 facilities. This includes integrated workforce providing health services such as primary and occupational healthcare, dental, physiotherapy, mental health and psychology services, pharmacy, occupational rehabilitation, and health administration.

As well pathology, imaging and radiology, vocational rehabilitation, mental health, hospital, specialist, allied health, patient transport and other off base services enabled by Bupa systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and Hospital assessment and processing for payment
  • Management of queue allocation
  • Manage and respond to emails.
  • Actively participate as a team player to strive towards the overall performance of the Invoicing/hospital team.
  • Accountable for your scorecard and its deliverables
  • Attending and participating in team meetings, coaching sessions, training and one on ones
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assisting with investigative escalations including co-ordinating with internal and external stakeholders to address invoicing queries.
  • General understanding of hospital contracts, approval documentation and MBS validation requirements. • Ability to interpret processing/data point requirements of individual hospital contract

You will have:

  • Data entry experience
  • Minimum 10,000 KSPH with 97% accuracy
  • Processing and administration (data entry) experience
  • High volume processing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and strong time management skills.
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making abilities. • High attention to detail • Proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround times (SLA’s/ KPI’s)
  • This is a Security Cleared Position. The occupant must be an Australian Citizen and must be eligible to obtain and uphold a Baseline Security Clearance
