Job Description

DUTIES:

  • Processes and maintains accurate invoice records for Warehouse Operations 1 & 5.

  • Prepares and processes invoices, rebills, and credit memos.

  • Ensures daily catch-weight transactions are completed.

  • Generates pricing reports as needed.

  • All other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or relevant certification in accounting preferred.
    • General knowledge of bookkeeping practices and basic accounting procedures.
    • Strong technology and computer skills, with knowledge of Excel and Access.
    • Organized with attention to detail.
