Accountabilities:

As an Invoice Auditor Freight Audit, you will be responsible for reviewing freight invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial processing within a global transportation ecosystem. You will collaborate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and improve audit processes.

• Use freight audit platforms to review, validate, and approve transportation invoices.
• Identify pricing discrepancies, billing inconsistencies, and potential errors, leading resolution efforts with carriers and customers.
• Ensure freight processes are completed accurately and within established service-level timelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams through platforms such as Jira to support system improvements and configuration updates.
• Perform financial control activities, including duplicate invoice checks, account reconciliation, and data cleanup.
• Create and maintain customized reports to support operational visibility and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity throughout audit processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance, and process optimization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in logistics, freight auditing, or financial operations, with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working with digital tools, managing deadlines, and communicating with multiple stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Finance, Auditing, International Relations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics operations or financial auditing.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Fluent Portuguese communication skills with a professional approach.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn new platforms such as Jira.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment focused on accuracy and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
