Trane has an exciting new opportunity to join our organization as a remote Invoice Administrator for our Key Accounts Services Group working in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a dedicated Admin who can meet daily metrics and handle additional senior tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with training invoice administrators, providing additional reporting, and supporting projects as needed. This individual would be responsible for opening and maintaining purchase orders, reviewing paperwork, processing invoices, working on various reports, and communicating with the offices, vendors, and account teams. Demonstrated ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.
Review and process invoices and paperwork, partner with Account Teams, as needed.
Responsible for generating and printing various assigned reports, Excel experience a must.
Collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable team to proactively engage with customers. This involves communication with customers by providing payment reminders, answering any billing inquiries, and helping to resolve any issues that may delay payment.
Responsible for meeting daily and monthly invoice processing metrics
Assist with training new invoice administrators.
Work with Account Teams, cultivate relationships with vendors, and local offices, as needed.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing high-quality, accurate invoices and meeting customer billing requirements.
Service call maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two (2) plus years of related experience and/ or Training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent customer service skills
In depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
Ability to function in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to work regularly and dependably.
Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.
