Job Description
InvestorHub Internship Program
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Internship
Location: Melbourne (HQ)
Our Internship gives you a front row seat to how a high performing SaaS company scales, serves clients, and closes deals. Over 12 weeks, you’ll work on projects across Sales, Onboarding, and Operations to support the systems, projects, and creative work that keep InvestorHub running smoothly. This is a paid and part time position.
You’ll be doing work that actually matters, not just projects but real world startup tasks.
From crafting client-facing materials to diving into data, you’ll get hands on experience that sharpens your skills and exposes you to real commercial impact.
What you'll do
Support the sales team with creative and operational work
You’ll help build client websites on the InvestorHub platform, produce marketing assets, write copy, draft email templates, and support campaign execution. This is real output, used by real ASX-listed companies, not hypothetical classroom exercise land.
Create demo hubs that help our sales team win
Work with Sales to build customised demo hubs that showcase our product. You’ll learn how to present investor data, narrative, and product value in a way that gets CEOs and CFOs saying “yes please.”
Coordinate with partners and vendors
You’ll liaise with registries, communication partners, and external vendors to make sure clients get what they need on time. Think of it as learning how to be the calm, organised operator everyone relies on.
Assist with projects
You'll get hands on with Notion, Hubspot CRM, our content library and internal databases. Giving you opportunities to work on projects across the business including with product, sales and customer success.
Who we’re looking for
-
You get stuff done. You're more interested in shipping work than talking about it, and you'd rather own an outcome than be handed a checklist.
-
You're ambitious. You want to learn how a high growth SaaS company actually works because you've got plans for yourself.
-
You're a fast learner. New tools, new processes, new industries don't faze you. You pick things up quickly and you're not afraid to look dumb for ten minutes to get smart for the next ten years.
-
You're AI native. ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, automation tools — these are already part of how you work. You reach for AI to move faster, not as a novelty.
-
You're sharp with tech. You can find your way around new software without a manual, and you enjoy figuring out how systems connect.
-
You're organised, creative, and communicative. You write tight, ask good questions, and can balance creative and analytical work without dropping either.
-
You're curious about how businesses actually run. The unglamorous bits like pipeline, onboarding, ops, internal tools, that's the stuff that interests you, not just the shiny front end.
The Internship Experience

You’ll receive training in:
- Website and content creation on the InvestorHub platform
- Client onboarding workflows
- Sales enablement and demo preparation
- SaaS operational processes
Along the way you’ll have the whole sales team in your corner.

We value curiosity, clarity, and hustle. You’ll work directly with Account Executives, Onboarding Managers, the Growth team, and Sales reps. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, take ownership, and contribute ideas.
Leadership Exposure and Networking
You’ll meet leads across the business, sit in on internal rituals, and get firsthand insight into how a high growth SaaS company makes decisions, builds product, and serves clients.
Flexibility and Balance
We operate with a friendly, outcome-driven approach. You’ll have flexibility in shaping your work week and support to balance university, life, and your internship.
