Netwealth isn't just a company. We're shaping the future of wealth in Australia. Our award-winning platform and NextGen technology empower advisers and investors to achieve more, and we're proud to be recognised as one of Australia's most innovative FinTech businesses.

Since 1999, we've grown rapidly by challenging the status quo. We move fast, think big, and stay agile. Free from unnecessary bureaucracy so we can deliver smarter solutions for our clients and create real impact.

But what truly sets us apart? Our people. We're a team of curious, optimistic and courageous individuals who collaborate to make life better for more Australians. We value authenticity, and agility, and we believe in creating an environment where you can do your best work, grow your career, and feel part of something meaningful.

If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, where innovation is celebrated, and where you can help shape a brighter financial future, join us at Netwealth.

The opportunity

At Netwealth, money moving from one place to another sounds simple.

In reality, it's one of the most important responsibilities we have.

Every payment processed, every account adjustment completed and every transaction reconciled helps someone access their retirement savings, manage their investments, or achieve a financial goal they've worked years to reach.

That's where you come in.

We're growing our Customer Operations function and are looking for Investor Services Officers to join our newly realigned Payments team.

These opportunities have been created as part of an exciting evolution of our operations model, bringing together specialist payment and transaction teams to deliver an even more consistent, high-quality experience for our clients and advisers.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, loves getting the details right, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you!

Three Teams. One Mission. Exceptional Customer Outcomes

As an Investor Services Officer, you'll have the opportunity to join one of three specialist teams, each playing a critical role in keeping the Netwealth platform running smoothly.

Super Payments Team

Helping Australians access and manage their retirement savings.

This team is responsible for the movement of money in and out of Netwealth's Super products, including:

  • Benefit payments
  • Account closures
  • SuperStream processing
  • Banking reconciliations

Wrap Payments Team

Supporting the investment journeys of thousands of clients and advisers.

This team manages the movement of funds across Netwealth's Wrap products, including:

  • Full and partial withdrawals
  • Account closures
  • Foreign currency transactions
  • Banking reconciliations

Adjustments Team

The specialists behind some of our most complex and sensitive transactions.

This team manages:

  • Recontributions
  • Internal asset movements
  • Contribution and rollover adjustments
  • Family law splits
  • Banking reconciliations

No matter which team you join, you'll be trusted to deliver accurate outcomes, manage risk effectively, and ensure every transaction is completed with precision and care.

What you'll be doing

Every day will bring a mix of operational processing, problem-solving and collaboration.

You'll:

  • Process investment and superannuation administration activities accurately and efficiently
  • Investigate and resolve transaction queries and exceptions
  • Work closely with advisers, clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain high standards of quality, risk management and compliance
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer outcomes
  • Build expertise across Netwealth products, systems and operational processes
  • Help deliver the exceptional service experience that Netwealth is known for

You might already be working in financial services, banking, superannuation or investments.

Or perhaps you've built strong operational and customer service experience in another fast-paced environment.

We're looking for people who bring:

  • Experience in operations, administration, processing or customer service environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • A collaborative, accountable and solutions-focused mindset
  • A passion for continuously improving how work gets done

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in financial services, banking, investments or superannuation
  • Knowledge of investment or superannuation administration processes
  • Experience working in high-volume or regulated environments

Most importantly, you'll join a team of people who genuinely care about what they do and the impact they have on clients, advisers and each other.

Ready to make an impact?

Whether you're helping a retiree access their superannuation, supporting an adviser with a complex transaction, or identifying a better way to process payments, your work will make a real difference.

Join Netwealth and help us deliver exceptional outcomes, one transaction at a time!

As part of your application, we’ll ask which team you’re most interested in and why

  • Super Payments Team
  • Wrap Payments Team
  • Adjustments Team
  • Open to any of the three
