  • This position is responsible for the full administration of Financial transactions for mutual fund shareholders.
  • This position ensures all daily processing functions are completed within determined timeframes while ensuring liability and risks to the organization.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • Graduate of 4 years course
  • Requires around 3 to 5 years of cumulative experience of relevant professional expertise.
  • Customer or client service experience preferable.

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

  • Process subscription documents for new investors and maintain investors files.
  • Complete information or document through coordination with the MF representatives; recommend appropriate disposition of transaction requests with insufficient information or documents
  • Process redemptions and inter-fund transfers based on information received and clarifies when information is unclear
  • Handles transactions submitted by partner distributors and ensuring all Services Standards in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) are complied with.
  • Handle the timely resolution of any query or concern coming from investors.
  • Strictly adhere to established departmental fund administration processing procedures and controls.
  • Handle preparation of business requirements, user test plan and conduct user testing
