Operating at the intersection of FinTech, alternative investments and real estate, the company offers investment products linked to discounted mortgage-backed debt and is continuing to grow its European private investor base.

💼 About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Investor Sales & Upsell Manager who is confident building relationships and closing opportunities over the phone.

The Manager will work directly with private investors, supporting them throughout their investment journey and helping convert initial interest into active and repeat investments.

The role is focused on outbound investor contact, lead conversion, investor activation, reactivation and upselling.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys direct client interaction, measurable targets and building long-term relationships with private investors.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective and existing investors daily by phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels, following an established sales cadence;
• Work systematically with different lead segments, including registered clients, incomplete KYC cases, deposited but non-invested clients and inactive investors;
• Convert warm leads into active investors by guiding them from initial interest through onboarding, deposit and first investment;
• Conduct sales conversations by phone, identify client needs and confidently present relevant investment opportunities;
• Handle objections and identify the key reasons preventing potential investors from moving forward;
• Follow up proactively with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates;
• Reactivate existing and previously active investors, encouraging repeat investments and increasing overall investment volumes;
• Clearly explain how the investment platform works, including the investment process, product structure and associated risks;
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, client feedback and sales activity in Pipedrive CRM;
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance and Operations teams and escalate complex investor cases when required.

🎓 Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, telephone-based sales or outbound client acquisition is a strong advantage;
• Fluent German is required; knowledge of both languages will be considered a strong advantage;
• Good working English for internal communication within an international team;
• Proven sales experience with the ability to convert leads and work towards clearly defined KPIs and revenue targets;
• Experience within financial services, FinTech, investments or banking would be a strong advantage;
• Experience in real estate brokerage or property sales would also be highly relevant;
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills, particularly over the phone;
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar would be beneficial.
