Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Investor Relations Associate to join our IR team—someone who thrives on precision, systems, and operational excellence, and understands that world-class investor relationships are built on flawless execution.

What You’ll Do

Drive Investors Operations & Fund Processes

  • Coordinate Investors transfers, including documentation,
  • Oversee distribution of quarterly reports, capital calls, and notices, ensuring accurate delivery and follow-up
  • Act as a central coordination point across IR, finance, and legal, ensuring smooth execution of all Investors -facing processes

You will take full ownership of the infrastructure , systems and processes that power Investor Relations:

  • Serve as the owner of our CRM - ensuring data integrity, structure, and usability
  • Design and enforce data architecture, tagging, and categorization standards that make information actionable
  • Manage the full lifecycle of investors information and data

Partner Closely with Finance

  • Work alongside the CFO and finance team
  • Support preparation and review of LP-facing financial communications

Track, Analyze, and Elevate Investors Engagement

  • Generate insightful reports on Investors engagement, coverage gaps, and relationship activity
  • Support investor events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or related field
  • Native/ Excelent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund administration, financial operations, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with institutional CRM systems (Backstop strongly preferred; Affinity, Salesforce))
  • Strong understanding of Investors fund operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management

· Strong Excel and data management skills and practical experience using AI tools

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion

· Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams (Israel, Europe, U.S.)

Work Location - Jerusalem and Tel Aviv
