The company is a leading provider of institutional crypto financial services and solutions and a listed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• IR Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive and proactive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances its reputation in the capital markets.
• Investor Networking & Relationship Management: Proactively build, manage, and deepen relationships with a diverse range of investors, including institutional investors, venture capital, private equity, and family offices. Act as a primary point of contact between the companyand the investment community.
• Fundraising & Primary Market Activities: Support all aspects of capital raising initiatives. This includes preparing for investor events, managing due diligence processes, and actively identifying and engaging potential new investors.
• Communications & Materials: Create and refine compelling investor materials, including presentations, pitch decks, fact sheets, financial reports, and shareholder updates that effectively communicate the company's story and performance.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze financial market trends, competitor activities, and analyst reports to provide senior leadership with insightful feedback and strategic counsel on shareholder sentiment and market perception.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all platforms and to prepare for financial reporting cycles, investor meetings, and other events.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate investor-facing events, including annual meetings, conferences, and/or any investors-related meetings, to maximize engagement with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administrations, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in investor relations or sell-side roles, with a strong focus on capital markets, equity research, and corporate finance, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Prior experience with primary market capital raising and a deep understanding of the fundraising lifecycle is highly preferred.
• Experience working within a publicly listed company (ListCo) environment or a strong understanding of its disclosure standards and reporting cadence is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships, conducting financial analysis, and presenting investment opportunities to institutional investors.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with English and Chinese.
• Demonstrating an understanding of cryptocurrency will be a PLUS.
• Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability.
