Triple Jump is looking for a:

Investor Relations Manager
40 hours per week, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You will join the Investor Relations & Business Development team. You play a key role in the development, fundraising, launch and ongoing management of investment products & services. You will also support and oversee the implementation of such new products and services. You will help position Triple Jump and its products and services to relevant stakeholders. You will also be involved in the relationship management and communication with our investors (clients).

Thesuccessful candidate will:

• Manage the product life cycle of our funds/mandates, including overseeing the product development process, from ideation to launch, monitor implementation and making enhancements to improve the product's value proposition

• Lead new business development activities, including responding to tenders, preparing pitch books and Due Diligence Questionnaires;

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, including Institutional investors, Banks, DFI’s and Foundations in order to raise capital for our funds & mandates.

• Oversee day-to-day client account management for current Investors and interacting across relevant other departments to deliver the work.

• Preparing reports in relation to the investor relations and business development strategy, amongst others fundraising strategies;

• Contribute & participate in company and/or team projects;

Requirements

Job requirements

• Professional background with at least 10+ years of relevant work experience in a client facing/investment manager preferably in the impact investing industry or otherwise in the asset management/banking industry;

• A relevant university degree (e.g. finance, economics, business, international relations). A Master’s degree is preferred;

• Familiarity with, or exposure to, the structuring and set‑up of investment products and/or funds;

• Understanding of the financial markets and investment structures and preferably experience with blended finance fund structuring and fundraising.

• Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in response to client and business needs

• Pragmatic and hands‑on, with an understanding that operational and administrative tasks are an essential part of delivering high‑quality client service.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Self-starter with an ability to work independently.

• Excellent planning, organizational skills, attention to detail and strive for continuous improvement;

• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch, both orally and in writing;

• Affinity with Triple Jump’s mission and vision.

• DSI certification (or to be completed within the first year after starting).
