About the Role

We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to help develop investor confidence and belief in the companys vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value through a robust investor relations strategy, manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal parties, external parties to maintain strong investor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop investor confidence and belief in the companys vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value

• Develop a robust investor relations strategy

• Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties

• Manage investor relationships

• Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business (with support from the funds investment team)

• Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls

• Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters

• Help prepare the companys quarterly and annual reports

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions

• Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text

• Ability to analyze and improve opportunities for investors

• Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Business, or related field

• Experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and research team is a plus, but not required

• Background knowledge in Web3.0 is a plus, but not required
