We are partnering with a fast-growing, profitable telecommunications company specializing in infrastructure, telecom services, and internet connectivity. Backed by strong institutional investors and a diverse leadership team, the company plans to go public within the next 2-3 years. This is a unique opportunity to lead the company’s capital markets strategy and IPO preparation.

The Role

As Investor Relations & IPO Lead, you will oversee investor communications and drive IPO preparation. Based in Jakarta, this role reports to the Co-COO and works closely with the CEO, senior leaders in Finance, Commercial, and Legal, as well as external advisors and investors.
This position offers high visibility, executive exposure, and significant influence during a pivotal phase for the company.

This position will begin as an individual contributor role, with the potential to build a small team as the IPO process advances.

• Lead investor communications, including regular management discussions and performance updates.
• Prepare monthly investor decks, management reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Serve as PMO for IPO readiness, overseeing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Support the preparation of IPO materials, including prospectus drafts, investor presentations, and due diligence documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriters, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators throughout the IPO process.
• Monitor capital markets trends, investor sentiment, and peer benchmarks within the telecommunications sector.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Manage senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and disciplined execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in investor relations, capital markets, IPO execution, or strategic finance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and investors.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Solid financial and analytical skills with a strong understanding of capital markets.
• Experience in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, technology, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and globally focused organization.
