About the position:

This is an outbound-driven fundraising role for a disciplined communicator. You will take full ownership of active investor outreach and conversion. You probably already have experience working with VCs, CVCs, family offices, and institutional investors globally, and with good results.

Main responsibilities:

Opening doors

• Position Noemi towards investors globally
• Build and utilize existing investor networks
• Book, facilitate and host meetings to present the company and vision

Follow-through

• Structured approach to drive processes and relationships forward
• Engage and coordinate with internal team of CEO, CIO, CMO and CFO
• Pipeline management through existing Investor CRM

Closing

• Deal structuring, DD processes, terms sheets and negotiations

Your profile:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in raising capital, or experience and networks from the investor side
• Traction: Proven track record of building and developing the investor funnel
• Mindset: Highly proactive and mission-driven, with strong self-discipline
• Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Sector Interest: High affinity for aviation, green technology, defense or mobility infrastructure
• Caring, flexible, awesome
