Investor Relations & Business Development (IRBD) Intern

32-40 hours per week, based in Amsterdam

Are you passionate about sustainable development, impact investing, and creating positive change? Join the Investor Relations & Business Development team (IRBD).

About the IRBD department

As an IRBD Intern, you will be part of the Investor Relations & Business Development (IRBD) team, a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing relationships with investors and clients, supporting fundraising activities, and coordinating the development and management of Triple Jump’s funds and mandates. The team works closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure accurate information flows, effective internal coordination, and compliant communication throughout the lifecycle of funds and mandates.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented intern to support the implementation of a new CRM system used across Triple Jump. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that information on all Triple Jump funds and mandates is accurately, consistently, and fully translated into the CRM.

In addition to CRM‑related work, the intern will support the IRBD team with other administrative and coordination tasks, depending on team needs. This role involves close collaboration with colleagues across IRBD and other teams, and requires flexibility and adaptability as priorities and system requirements evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transferring and structuring information on all Triple Jump funds and mandates into the CRM system.

  • Ensuring that data is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with internal source documents (e.g. fund documentation, reporting templates, trackers).

  • Reviewing existing information and flagging gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear data.

  • Applying agreed naming conventions, categorizations, and data standards within the CRM.

  • Working closely with team members to clarify data points and validate information.

  • Adapting data entry and structuring approaches as the CRM setup evolves.

  • Supporting basic quality checks to ensure the CRM can be reliably used across teams.

  • Documenting data definitions and assumptions where relevant, to support long‑term system use.

  • Supporting other IRBD administrative tasks as needed (e.g. maintaining trackers, supporting internal coordination, or assisting with documentation).
