About Your Company

King Deux is working with a multi-family office with tentacles across APAC (HK, Shanghai, Dubai, Abu Dhabi) in search for a CEO apprentice You will be someone who’s looking for an interesting role, manage existing relationships (UHNW / families / entrepreneurs), explore business opportunities, put together pieces of puzzles and deal originate You will be someone creative, think outside of the box, resourceful with sophistication to speak with real business owners and UHNW.

Product trenches span acros s corporate finance / global asset allocation / fund of fund / private equity funds / direct deals / private office for global tax structuring estate planning for UHNW.

About your role

• Investor Relations / Corporate Finance Origination : Sourcing and managing investors for capital raising mandates and M&A opportunities, translating complex financial structures into compelling narratives.

• Family Office Advisory (BD): Cultivating relationships with UHNW entrepreneurs and patriarchs to deliver institutional-grade governance and legacy solutions.

• Mandatory Cross-Selling & JV Nurturing Actively drive growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities between merchant banking and advisory services. You will also be responsible for nurturing and expanding our Joint Venture (JV) partnerships.

• Global Synergy ( UAE Coordination): Work closely with our UAE office to coordinate crossborder opportunities, ensuring seamless service for global families operating across Asian and Middle Eastern corridors.

• Thought Leadership Management: Contribute to and manage the creation of AOP’s expert content—including whitepapers, market insights, and boutique roundtables—to showcase our senior leadership as premier industry thought leaders.

What you will need to succeed

• A strong background in Capital Raising, M&A Advisory, or Corporate Finance is essential. You must understand the mechanics of complex deals to articulate our value proposition effectively to sophisticated investors.

• Native or near-native Cantonese is mandatory for local market penetration. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for regional and global coordination.

• Proven ability to leverage HubSpot or similar CRM systems as a strategic asset to manage a complex, multi-channel pipeline.
