We are looking for an experienced and strategic Investor Relations professional to manage relationships and communication with investors, shareholders, analysts, and other financial stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder communication, financial understanding, corporate messaging, and the ability to translate business performance and strategic priorities into clear, credible, and timely investor communications.

The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between the organisation and the investment community, supporting transparent communication around financial performance, business strategy, growth initiatives, market developments, and corporate activities. Strong relationship management, executive presence, financial acumen, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, shareholders, equity analysts, research professionals, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for investor and analyst communications.
  • Lead proactive and timely stakeholder communication across investor updates, meetings, presentations, and financial communications.
  • Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, management talking points, fact sheets, and other investor-facing content.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, analyst interactions, conference calls, roadshows, and other investor engagement activities.
  • Support senior management in preparing for investor and analyst meetings, including briefing materials and anticipated questions.
  • Communicate financial performance, business strategy, growth plans, key developments, and corporate priorities clearly to external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Finance and senior leadership to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational information shared with investors.
  • Monitor investor feedback, market sentiment, analyst views, and stakeholder expectations and provide relevant insights to management.
  • Track industry trends, competitor performance, valuation benchmarks, and relevant market developments.
  • Support quarterly and annual financial communication processes and related investor engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain investor databases, engagement records, contact information, and communication histories.
  • Analyse shareholder composition, investor activity, and market feedback to identify relevant trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Corporate Communications, and other teams on regulatory and disclosure requirements.
  • Ensure investor communications are accurate, consistent, transparent, and aligned with applicable disclosure and governance standards.
  • Support preparation for investor conferences, capital-market events, annual meetings, and corporate presentations.
  • Build a consistent and credible corporate investment narrative across investor-facing channels.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on investor engagement, stakeholder feedback, and market developments.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or a closely related function.
  • Strong experience managing investor and stakeholder communication within a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with institutional investors, shareholders, analysts, and senior executives.
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding, including the ability to interpret financial statements, business performance, KPIs, and market information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and executive-communication capabilities.
  • Experience preparing investor presentations, earnings materials, management briefings, and financial communication.
  • Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial and business information clearly to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, investor feedback, competitor performance, and valuation information.
  • Understanding of capital markets, investor expectations, corporate governance, and financial disclosures.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, discretion, and professional judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively with Finance, Strategy, Legal, Communications, and senior leadership teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority stakeholder engagements and deadlines.
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and relationship-oriented approach.
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining strong alignment with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • MBA/CA/CFA or a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
