MEMBERS Capital Advisors (MCA) d/b/a TruStage Investment Management (TSIM) is the wholly owned registered investment advisor (RIA) subsidiary of TruStage. TruStage Investment Management is responsible for the $34 billion TruStage General Account investment portfolio with a primary objective of preserving principal and compounding surplus through interest rate and credit cycles. By maintaining an appropriately balanced and diversified portfolio, we can generate strong and consistent Net Investment Income (NII), operate within established risk tolerance guidelines, and strive to minimize unintended volatility. The $5 billion commercial mortgage portfolio includes over 760 loans secured by retail, industrial, apartment, and office buildings in most major US markets. We worked with a national network of mortgage banking correspondents to originate over $735 million of high-quality commercial mortgage loans in 2025, with individual loan sizes ranging from $4 to $29 million.
If you’re ready to help make a difference, apply today. A resume is required to apply. TruStage may process applicant information using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool. This tool automatically generates a screening score based on how well applicant information matches the requirements and qualifications for the position. TruStage recruiters use the screening score as a guide to further evaluate candidates; the score is one component of an application review and does not automatically determine whether a candidate moves forward. Candidates may choose to opt out of this process.
Compensation may vary based on level of relevant experience, year in school and number of previous internships.
