1、Prepare morning write-ups featuring 2-3 market ideas to support daily sales engagement. 2、Coach and educate salespersons on structured products through group seminars or 1-on-1 sessions. 3、Participate in joint appointments with sales teams to articulate market outlook and relevant investment ideas for clients. 4、Collaborate with the product and sales team to generate actionable investment content tailored to client profiles.
1、Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in investment advisory, sales trading, or wealth management. 2、Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends, especially related to U.S. and Hong Kong equity markets. 3、Good foundation for fundamental and technical analysis on the market. 4、Solid grasp of derivative instruments, including options and structured products. 5、Sharp analytical skills and the ability to filter and prioritize investment ideas. 6、 CFA designation （or current progress toward CFA） is preferred. 7、Experience with Python or other coding tools is a plus, especially for investment screening or data automation. 8、Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
