We are looking for an experienced Investment Specialist to support our private wealth advisory function by delivering high-quality, client-centric investment solutions. This role focuses on working closely with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), helping them build, manage, and optimize their investment portfolios across multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in equity and debt markets, along with the ability to translate complex financial strategies into clear, actionable insights for clients.

As an Investment Specialist, you will partner with relationship managers to understand client goals, risk appetite, and investment horizons, and provide tailored recommendations that align with their financial objectives. You will also play a key role in monitoring market developments, identifying opportunities, and ensuring that client portfolios remain well-positioned in changing market conditions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized investment advisory across asset classes including private equity, debt, fixed income, mutual funds, and structured products
• Work closely with relationship managers to design and deliver personalized portfolio solutions
• Track market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and investment opportunities to guide client decisions
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing strategies as needed
• Support client acquisition and retention through presentations, insights, and advisory expertise
• Prepare investment reports, research notes, and communication materials for clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal investment policies
• Collaborate with research, product, and compliance teams to enhance investment offerings

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory
• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially equity and debt instruments
• Proven experience working with HNI/UHNI clients
• Ability to build and manage diversified investment portfolios
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex concepts
• Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to ethical practices
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP are an added advantage
