
A top‑ producing multifamily investment team at Marcus & Millichap in Boston is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial investment sales agent to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional looking to build a long‑ term career in commercial real estate investment sales. A current Massachusetts real estate license is required.
This is a 100% commission-based position as a 1099 independent contractor.
Compensation includes a recoverable draw that is advanced against future earned commissions. You will receive a guaranteed monthly draw of $4,166 equivalent to $50,000 annually, paid on a (weekly/biweekly/semi-monthly/monthly basis) for the first 12 months of engagement. The draw is an advance against commissions you earn. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions. In accordance with applicable state and local pay-transparency laws, the anticipated annualized commission range for individuals in this role is $0 to $500,000+.
Through hands-on mentorship with this multifamily team, you will learn the fundamentals of investment brokerage while working closely with experienced senior agents.
