Core Responsibilities
1. Assists in analyzing and assessing the strength of Vanguard's product offer overall in the market.
2. Assists in developing and maintaining a deep knowledge of investors "archetypes" present within each business. Builds a strong understanding of common portfolio construction techniques, investor preferences, product selection criteria, industry trends and demographic trends that may impact Vanguard's success in the marketplace.
3. Supports development of materials to share findings and conclusions with senior management (e.g., presentations, white papers, case studies, etc.).
4. Interprets and analyzes complex data using business acumen in order to derive key insights. Verifies the quality, accuracy and reasonableness of the data. Displays, organizes, and crafts data into a compelling story line with actionable insight.
5. Stays abreast of industry, market, and competitive trends. Supports efforts to keep the senior management team informed of key industry, competitive, and product trends. Leverages new research and relationships to inform strategic recommendations.
6. Develops effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
