Main responsibilities:

• Prepare locomotive and wagon maintenance programs and long-term forecasts, monitor their implementation, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the selection and implementation of low-value investments aimed at maintaining and improving operational performance
• Administer the locomotive and wagon fleet, including demand forecasting, utilization and efficiency analysis, and the development of optimization recommendations
• Monitor the value, lifecycle, and financial return of technological assets and initiate improvement measures
• Manage technological asset administration processes, including participation in asset inventories, coordination of asset disposals, and monitoring of asset insurance status
• Collaborate with other departments to identify efficient locomotive and wagon utilization solutions and review draft agreements related to asset management
• Ensure the application of financial return methodologies when evaluating investments and preparing business cases
• Prepare reports, analyses, and materials for decision-makers
• Contribute to the development of long-term technological asset management plans and strategies
• Coordinate day-to-day activities at the department level
  
  

What do we expect?

• Education in technology, engineering, or social sciences
• Experience in investment management, investment coordination, or analytical roles
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and management skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of document management and document preparation requirements
• Fluency in Lithuanian, English language skills would be an advantage
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Microsoft Project (considered an advantage)

Monthly salary: €2 870,00 - €4 300,00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
