Location: This role will be based in our Edinburgh office. The team spend 3 core days in the office and 2 days working flexibly from home or in the office, per week, depending on business needs.

The role
This role offers a meaningful opportunity to join our Box Management & Trading team and play a supportive part in helping us deliver clarity and confidence for our customers. You’ll contribute to the daily oversight of 3rd party box management processes, daily exception handling, trade adjustments and regular provision of Management Information.
Working closely with both internal colleagues and external partners, you’ll help to ensure that on a daily basis company exposure is within agreed tolerances. You’ll also support the team by maintaining Static Fund Data, contributing to the processing and analysis of Asset Allocation information, and monitoring 3rd party completion of any changes requested.
We’re looking for someone who brings organisation, reliability and a thoughtful approach to monitoring daily activity, managing risks and upholding the controls we’re responsible for.
