Job Description

Position Purpose

Lead and coordinate investment projects from the annual investment plan, ensuring they are delivered in line with company strategy, policies, and standards. The role focuses on implementing the best technical solutions while ensuring high performance, compliance with GMP/EHS standards, and long-term business development.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Project Preparation and Implementation
  • Manage the preparation, support, and implementation of investment projects from the annual plan.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term investment strategies.
  • Ensure successful delivery of project activities and achievement of planned results.
  • Monitor technical aspects and resolve issues arising during project execution.
  • Obtain all necessary legal and technical approvals.
  • Track production stages and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Participate in defining project design requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Technical Department Manager.
  • Approve supplier-related documentation and commissioning reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company payment policies.
Supplier Selection and Collaboration
  • Lead the technical evaluation and selection of suppliers.
  • Analyse offers and support contract negotiations from a technical perspective.
  • Work closely with technical, procurement, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess and communicate the impact of additional work requests on budget and timelines.
Budget Management
  • Plan, monitor, and coordinate investment budgets effectively.
  • Track monthly budget fluctuations and analyse variances.
  • Investigate deviations and propose corrective actions.
Leadership
  • Lead, support, and develop team members.
  • Organise and coordinate team activities and workload.
  • Assign responsibilities based on skills, experience, and priorities.
  • Set clear individual objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Evaluate team performance regularly.
  • Recommend recognition and motivation initiatives based on performance.
Documentation and Compliance
  • Ensure proper preparation and management of department documentation.
  • Maintain and review controlled documents and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Approve and sign documentation related to investment projects.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating a team.
  • English – advanced level.
  • Experience in managing technical investment projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and processes.
  • Knowledge of GMP/EHS standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyse technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience in supplier evaluation, offer analysis, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong budgeting and financial monitoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
