The Role
This is where the deals get done and the impact happens. You will lead the investment side of a major account, owning buying, partnerships, and campaign delivery across a diverse mix of activity.
You are in the thick of it placing, tracking, and optimising campaigns while keeping clients up to speed on performance.
You bring a mix of commercial instinct and team leadership, guiding junior talent and making sure every dollar delivers more.
Fast, dynamic, and full of variety, this role puts you right at thecentreof the action.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the day-to-day investment output, keeping campaigns moving and delivery seamless
Own the full investment process from briefing through to booking, negotiation, and buying
Build smart, impactful investment recommendations that maximise reach, value, and results
Stay close to the detail on bookings, pacing, and delivery to ensure everything lands as it should
Manage and lift the team, coaching juniors and setting a high bar for quality and pace
Be the go-to for media partners, building strong relationships that unlock better outcomes
Keep clients in the loop with clear, confident updates on performance and market movement
Drive commercial discipline withaccurateforecasting, smooth invoicing, and a focus on value at every step
What You Will Bring:
A strong command of the media landscape and a clear point of view on how investment drives impact
5+ years in agency with deep expertise in broadcast buying and sharp commercial instincts
A confident negotiator who knows how to unlock value and push for better outcomes
A natural leader who elevates those around them and sets a high standard for delivery
Credibility with clients, building trust through clarity, expertise, and sound judgement
A mindset geared towards smarter ways of working, with the initiative to improve and optimise processes
Composure in a fast-moving environment, able to navigate complexity without losing momentum
A meticulous eye for detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
