Job Description

Our client, a leading Saudi industrial and logistics real estate platform, is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to enhance portfolio performance and ensure robust investment governance.
This role involves managing live assets, overseeing projects and transactions, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing high-quality materials for Investment Committee and Board review.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live assets, projects, and transactions to optimize portfolio performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth execution of investment activities.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities in industrial, logistics, and real assets.
• Perform detailed investment analysis including financial modeling, risk assessment, due diligence, and exit strategy planning.
• Prepare comprehensive investment proposals and reports for approval by senior management and the Board.
• Oversee transaction closing documents in coordination with legal and Sharia advisors.
• Develop policies and procedures related to investment transactions and project management.
• Provide periodic updates on project status to stakeholders.
• Mentor and review work of junior analysts to ensure adherence to standards and timely delivery.
• Assist the Head of Department in preparing Investment Committee agendas and supporting documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in real assets, industrial or logistics real estate, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong governance experience with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Skilled in financial modeling, market analysis, feasibility studies, risk assessment, and investment due diligence.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing investment applications, legal documents, and transaction agreements.
• Knowledge of Sharia compliance in investment transactions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare materials for senior leadership and Board review.
• Leadership abilities with experience mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant hands-on experience in asset/portfolio management within the industrial/logistics real estate sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling tools.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian market regulations and Sharia law related to investments is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal counsel, developers, investors, and internal departments.
