We are looking for a person who works well in an entrepreneurial organization, someone who is a self-starter and possesses strong networking and organisation skills, as well as demonstrated investment and team leadership experience. The successful candidate should have the following profile:

• 8-10 years of direct investment experience in APAC Infrastructure, or Private Equity with a focus on "core plus", with a leading investment manager; investment execution experience is highly important.
• Successful and proven investment execution and sourcing skills
• Existing network in the advisory, banking, intermediary community and owners/operators within Infrastructure
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience in team management in the deal team
• Successful track record of providing guidance and mentorship
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to learn and succeed
