The EquitySpecialist is a leadership role (manager-equivalent)in the global RFP function.
TheEquitySpecialistis an experienced sole contributorworking closely with RFP team members, otherGlobal Client Services (GCS)teams, global asset class services and product teams, global distribution, operational teams and any other relevant business areas to recommend messaging for use in requests for information, new business proposals, due diligence and ad hoc requestsfor CG’s equity strategies

Primary responsibilities/essential functions
Content and dataexpert for coverage area (equities);Facilitatesproduction excellence as internal SME and escalation point
Accountableforensuringoptimalwritten content related toCG’s equityinvestment strategies andor operational processesrelated to equity products
Serves as expert on statistical data forCG’s equity strategies
Responsible for providinginput and oversight ofinvestment-relatedcontent,forRFPs and Due Diligence requests in conjunction with RFPwriters,andprovidesinput and oversight of investment-related statistical data and narrative content reported in consultant/third party databases in conjunction with the Investment Database team.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
