Investment Expert

職務概要

Investmentエキスパートは、MLJのエキスパートチームの一員として、マクロ経済、金融市場、資産運用に関する高度な知見をもとに、顧客、募集人（独立代理店含む）、社内部門に対して投資関連の教育・支援を提供する役割を担います。

個別具体的な投資助言を行うものではなく、市場環境や商品理解を深めるための情報提供・助言フレームワークを提供し、特に変額商品・外貨建商品の販売品質向上を目的とします。

主な職責

• マクロ経済、金融市場、資産運用、ファンドに関する情報を分かりやすい資料、プレゼンテーション、教育コンテンツとして整理・提供
• 顧客向けに、投資環境、資産配分、ファンドの考え方に関する説明資料を作成
• 募集人・独立代理店向けの研修、セミナー、ウェビナーの企画・実施
• 変額保険等の商品におけるファンド選定支援
• 大型案件における募集人との共同訪問、経営層レベルのエンゲージメント支援
• 社内部門（商品、マーケティング、営業等）への市場・投資観点での助言
• 投資関連コンテンツの定期的なレビューおよび更新
• マーケット動向、規制環境の変化をモニタリングし、社内外へ共有

必要なスキル・経験

• 金融、投資、資産運用分野での実務経験
• 金融機関、運用会社、投資アドバイザリー等での経験があれば尚可
• マクロ経済・市場・ファンドを体系的に説明できる知識
• プレゼンテーションおよび高いコミュニケーション能力
• 複雑な内容を整理し、顧客・募集人に理解しやすく伝える力
• 投資助言におけるレギュレーション・制約への理解
