Job Description

Artisan Partners Limited Partnership is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Marketing and Communications group. As a member of the Investment Communications team, this individual will work closely with Artisan’s investment, distribution and marketing teams to bring investment insights and ideas to market through thoughtful, integrated marketing initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a broad range of high-visibility digital marketing projects—from thought leadership to client webinars, podcasts, email campaigns, social media and public relations initiatives—from proactive ideation with our senior business partners through completion. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and collaborative project leader who can connect strategy with execution, manage multiple priorities and bring together stakeholders across the organization to deliver compelling, high-quality content.

Responsibilities

The candidate can expect to:

• Partner with distribution teams and marketing leadership to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, including multi-channel, multi-touch and multi-format initiatives
• Manage projects from concept to completion, including coordinating content development, editing, compliance approval, design, distribution, promotion and maintenance
• Manage a diverse portfolio of deliverables such as thought leadership papers, topical videos, podcasts, virtual events, blog posts, media inquiries, email campaigns, social media content, event materials and third-party articles
• Serve as a central point of coordination across investment, distribution, marketing, creative, digital and other internal partners to keep initiatives moving forward
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines, proactively communicating priorities, dependencies and progress to key stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with Legal and Compliance to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure appropriate review, approval and filing of marketing materials
• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing processes, streamline production and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong organizational and communication skills. Specific qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance or a related field
• 10–15 years of marketing, communications and/or project management experience in investment management
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and bring multiple stakeholders together around shared objectives
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, supporting collaboration, team development and successful project outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with content development a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across functions and levels of an organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, exercise sound judgment and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and move initiatives forward
• Strong client-service orientation and a positive, collegial and highly professional approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is a plus
• Experience managing people is a plus
