The team holds a leading position across a variety of sub-sectors, notably Capital Goods, Aerospace & Defence, Business & Support Services, Automotive, Building Products, Chemicals, Infrastructure, and Transport & Logistics.
The team’s client base spans both a large share of the UK&I listed landscape, as well as a vast array of private and sponsor-owned assets.
In conjunction with the breadth of the J.P. Morgan platform, we provide clients with advice around M&A (both domestic and cross border), equity and debt issuance, capital structure, and corporate strategy. This advice is, in specific cases, provided alongside a corporate broking role, which involves extensive interaction with our equity research and equity sales teams, as well as senior management at the client.
As a UK&I Diversified Industries Analyst within our team, you will be instrumental to everything we do. Your role will involve direct engagement with C-suite management and Boards. You will also collaborate with colleagues from various countries and product teams, notably M&A, ECM, DCM, and others. Your responsibilities will include advising our existing client base, marketing to potential clients (both public and private), and executing transactions for our clients.
