As a key member of our SIG team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in the origination and execution of projects and mandates for a diverse and sophisticated client base.
The SIG team focuses on the investment banking coverage of Private Equity Funds, Infrastructure Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, and Family Investment Firms. These clients are highly sophisticated investors, and the breadth of products and services we provide is extensive—spanning industries, geographies, and products (M&A, Leveraged Finance / DCM, ECM, structured products / derivatives). We offer debt, equity, and M&A advisory services to our clients as part of their routine activities of acquiring businesses (majority and minority stakes), refinancing / recapitalizing existing investments, or monetizing their mature investments via sale or IPO.
As an Investment Banking Analyst / Associate within SIG, the candidate will work as part of a team covering an exciting client base with strong deal flow in the region and will have the opportunity to be involved in ongoing origination and transaction execution across different sectors and products. The role will allow the candidate to further develop a broad technical skillset, with particular emphasis on advanced financial modelling, valuation techniques, and a deep understanding of the broader financial sponsors landscape.
