Coordination of various processes, including capital raises and advisory
transactions. Build financial models to perform leveraged buyout, accretion-dilution, discounted
cash flow and company comparable analyses. Preparation of offering memoranda, proposals, and
other written materials for meetings with clients. Perform research and various analyses in support of new business generation. Lead and participate in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments. Conduct industry due diligence related to transactions. Interact with corporate clients, private equity firms, venture capital firms and senior bankers. Support senior bankers in overall build-out of the Technology Investment Banking platform.
Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance,
Economics, Business or a related field. Requires two (2) years of experience in Financial or
Investment Analysts role. Experience must include: Financial and valuation analysis with
analytical orientation. Financial modeling including discounted cash flow models (DCF), M&A
accretion/ dilution analyses, leveraged buyout (LBO) scenario analyses. MS Excel and PowerPoint for complex financial models, data analysis, and presentations. Financial databases, including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet and Thomson One for market research and analytics. Structuring deals including M&A, IPOs, debt issuance including terms negotiations, legal frameworks, and analyzing deal risks and benefits. Investment banking transaction processes. Conducting industry and company due diligence. Salary Range: $150,000- $225,000 /yr.
