About Us:

  • Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials to present strategic advice to clients
  • Conduct industry-specific research and competitive analysis to understand clients’ businesses, strategies, and challenges
  • Coordinate and obtain internal approvals for live transactions by working closely with internal committees
  • Support due diligence processes and assist in identifying transaction risks
  • Conduct financial analysis, including valuation methodologies
  • Prepare regulatory documents required by HKEX and CSRC
  • Prepare key materials for roadshows and syndication processes
  • Stay updated on market developments, including macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and deal activity
  • Work closely with senior bankers, peers, and other professional parties (e.g., auditors, counsels, industry consultants) to ensure smooth deal execution

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or above from a top-tier university, preferably majoring in finance, accounting, or with interdisciplinary backgrounds combining finance with other fields such as medicine, computer science
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking and/or related fields (e.g., audit, funding, law)
  • Strong analytical, presentation, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Wind and Bloomberg
  • Energetic and driven, with strong ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate well in English and Chinese with strong English writing skills
