About Us:
Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited (“Huatai International” or “the Company”), is the only overseas wholly-owned or controlled subsidiary of Huatai Securities.   • Serve as the 2nd level control within IBD for sponsor deals, financial advisory transactions and other capital market transactions to assure quality of the work done by deal team
  • Review submission documents, due diligence records and filings in relation to the investment banking transactions
  • Monitor deal team’s compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements during the execution of the investment banking transactions
  • Assist in formulating and updating IBD’s internal procedure manuals and work standards in relation to investment banking transactions
  • Assess the regulatory and business risk of investment banking transactions, and reporting to senior management where necessary
  • Conduct research, internal statistics and other ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, business management or other relevant disciplines from a well-established institution
  • At least 4 years’ relevant work experience in investment banks, securities firms, law firms, audit firms or regulators with knowledge of various financial products and regulations of the capital markets and securities companies in Hong Kong and overseas
  • Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization
  • High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct with integrity
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
