You’ll join the EMEA Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure (RELL) team in London, advising clients on a broad range of public and private transactions across the region. The team works closely with clients on strategic and market related matters, including navigating listed company obligations, enhancing shareholder value, expanding the investor base, and raising capital. • Several years of hands-on experience in the Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure sector(s)
• Prior experience in investment banking or a corporate finance environment preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and senior executives
• Strong ability to develop creative client solutions and identify cross product opportunities
• Experience training and mentoring junior bankers
• Very strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including financial modelling and valuation
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
