In your role as an Investment Bank – Trading Venues Solutions -VP you will be at the core of our Capital Markets technology platform, supporting critical Stock Loan and Equity Finance businesses globally. In this individual contributor role, you’ll work closely with trading, product, and technology teams, taking an active role to design and build high-performance systems, influence architectural decisions, and deliver scalable front-office solutions with real business impact using your advance Java development skills.
To be successful as an Investment Bank – Trading Venues Solutions -VP, you should have:
Significant experience working within Capital Markets/ Securities Lending with good knowledge of Stock Loan and Equity Finance products across asset classes
Advanced Java development, including multi-threading, memory management, and performance tuning
Experience designing and building enterprise applications using Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem
Experience developing and optimizing relational database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server
Experience building message-driven and asynchronous systems using technologies such as JMS, Solace, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
Other highly valued skills may include:
Designing and operating microservices-based architectures in Java and Spring Boot
Deploying applications on cloud platforms and using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Implementing automated testing, TDD practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Using Git and structured branching strategies in large-scale development environments
Applying good analytical and problem-solving skills to complex technical and business challenges

This role is located in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $170,000.00
Maximum Salary: $230,000.00
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
