Join Barclays as an Investment Bank Power Group, Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on high-profile, multi-layered transactions. As a key member of the Power group, you will be dynamically involved in live deal execution, working closely with both strategic corporations and supporting private equity firms. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth assessments of potential deals, preparing, and presenting strategic recommendations, and guiding clients through every stage of the transaction process. This role is well suited for candidates with prior deal execution experience from investment banking, private equity, or related financial institutions, offering exposure to highly detailed transactions in a high impact environment.
To be successful as an Investment Bank Power Group Associate, you should have experience with:
Contributing to large deal/transaction execution for corporate clients
Advanced financial modelling, valuation techniques, confidential investor presentations, and financial assessment
M&A and Capital Markets transactions

Minimum Salary: $175,000
Maximum Salary: $225,000
