Details of the Division and Team:

We are seeking a Vice President to join the FIC Macro Structuring team in Singapore. The role focuses on the structuring, pricing, and execution of structured solutions across rates, FX and investment products, with an emphasis on end to end transaction execution and origination activities. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Trading and key infrastructure partners to deliver bespoke solutions, managing transactions from initial structuring through approvals, documentation and execution.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Structure and execute a range of derivatives and structured solutions, including structured notes, EMTN issuances, and hedging strategies

  • Take ownership of the full transaction lifecycle: pricing, payoff structuring, term sheets, internal approvals, documentation, execution and post-trade follow-up

  • Partner with Sales and Trading to translate client requirements and market views into executable structures

  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product Control, Treasury and Operations to ensure timely and well-governed execution

  • Support development of new structures and enhancements to existing platforms and processes

  • Assess key transaction considerations, including market risk, documentation and operational feasibility

  • Prepare internal materials, pricing analysis and execution-related content to support transactions

  • Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in macro products within a global financial institution, with exposure to derivatives across Rates, FX and/or structured products

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quantitative analytics role within a financial institution, with involvement in structuring or supporting derivative and structured transactions across the transaction lifecycle

  • Demonstrated track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex projects across the product lifecycle, including coordination with Trading, Risk and Control functions

  • Strong knowledge of macro products (Rates, FX and/or structured solutions)

  • Proven ability to manage projects and transactions

  • Solid understanding of risk and regulatory considerations in structured transactions

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high attention to detail

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
