Job Title: Investment Analyst

Job Summary

The Investment Analyst is responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating financial data to support investment decisions. This role involves assessing market trends, building financial models, and providing actionable insights to maximize returns while managing risk.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities in accordance with the set investment criteria, and leading the execution of new transactions.
• Develop investment documentation including teasers, reports, memorandums, and presentations that will support the investment decision-making process.
• Assess legal documentation including Shareholders Agreements, Asset/Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, MOUs and others.
• Manage and build complex excel based financial models.
• Identify and analyze areas of potential risk and implementing solutions to effectively mitigate such risks
• Experience in Infrastructure and project financing transaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

· CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or progress toward it is a strong plus Experience

· 1–3 years of experience in investment analysis, banking, or asset managements

Technical Skills

· Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

· Proficiency in Excel and financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ)

· Understanding of financial statements and markets
